To any female 557 Advanced Cinematography students: The Sun Cinematography Award is still currently accepting submissions.  The deadline has been extended to September 1, 2010.

We hope this gives potential applicants time to be certain they are enrolling in the class and are eligible for the award.  Please use the contact form if you have any questions.

The award includes:

  • $500 towards the student’s Advanced Cinematography final project.
  • A noted A.S.C. Cinematographer as the student's mentor for the semester.
  • In-kind donations to help offset production and post costs (to include 2000 feet of 35mm film stock donated by Kodak).
